Your documents are not our business.

Document processing: Supported BetterThanPDF tools process your files directly on your device. Your document contents are not uploaded to, processed by, or stored on BetterThanPDF servers.

Local information: BetterThanPDF may save settings, recent-tool choices, and installation preferences in your browser. You can remove this information through your browser settings.

Website services: Hosting, analytics, advertising, donation, and linked third-party services may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and interactions under their own privacy policies. They do not receive document contents from our on-device tools.

Your device: Files you create or save remain under your control. Their security also depends on your device passcode, browser settings, backups, and anyone who has access to your device.
